British Government’s response

The London, 14 November 2016. British Government responded to the Environmental Audit Committee’s report on the environmental impact of microplastics and its recommendations. The government will ban microbeads next year and will investigate the human health impact. Read the response.

BtMb launched in Denmark

Copenhagen, 25 October 2016. The Danish NGO Plastic Change together with The Danish Ecological Council launched BtMb in Denmark. Part of the campaign is a national petition asking for a EU ban of microplastics in care products. Read more here.
